I filled in for Jay on the Friday Morning Breakfast Blend (originally aired 8/2/19 6 - 8 AM on WRIR 97.3 fm Richmond Independent Radio) and we'll pay tribute to the late, great Art "Poppa Funk" Neville, who passed away on July 22. We'll also celebrate the birthdays of Garth Hudson (THE BAND) and Andrew Gold. We'll preview the Flaming Lips / The Claypool Lennon Delirium / Particle Kid show in C'ville on 8/6. And we'll quaff a brew in honor of Intl. Beer Day!
