Supporting music in Richmond since 2000 - "And though I tried with all of my sadness, you know that I have still never weep / For a man who looked to me like he died laughin' in his sleep / Singin' a train song, drinkin' a-one last round / We made 'em leave his boots on, on the day they laid him down / He was a runaway locomotive out of his one track mind" - Todd Snider, “Play a Train Song”

Children of the Night: Vampires Christmas
On Children of the Night: Vampires Christmas (originally aired 3 - 5 AM on 12/22/18 on WRIR 97.3 fm Richmond Independent Radio): Sure, vampires celebrate Christmas. We do all the traditional things. Hang stockings still filled with the feet of victims by the fire. Stick a bat on the top of the tree. Blood flavored candy canes. Waiting for Santa to come down the chimney on Christmas Eve so the little vampires can feast on his fat flesh. See, we’re just like you. We even like Christmas music though only a little mixed in with our usual eclectic sounds. Bands like The Move, John Mellencamp, Warren Zevon, White Denim, Bob & Doug McKenzie, Sammi Lanzetta, Luther Dickinson, Tom Russell, Fishbone, Outkast, Songs:Ohia, Steve Martin and more.
