The Word, the supergroup made up of Robert Randolph (pedal steel guitar), John Medeski (organ) and the North Mississippi Allstars (Cody & Luther Dickinson and Chris Chew) are on Conan tonight at 11 PM on TBS. Diffuser recently said about The Word's new album, "Soul Food", “…the record sounds less like a church than a party. (One where they’re probably serving the world’s best barbecue.)”.
