Tom Waits makes a rare TV appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman tonight (CBS, 11:35 PM) in honor of Dave's last week of shows (only 5 left!). Tom will be performing a brand new song tonight. Here's Tom's performance on the Late Show back in 2006:
