Tonight (Thursday) at The Camel, stoner/sludge metal band Torche will head a lineup of three bands including Gritter and Brief Lives. Doors open at 8, show starts at 9. It's $10 to get in. Here's Torche's "Across the Shields":

If you are in more of a yacht rock kind of mood, check out Three Sheets to the Wind at Republic tonight. Show will start around 9:30 and it's FREE. The theme is "Back to the Future" so they may play this one tonight:
Speaking of yacht rock, tonight's Late Night Pick is Steely Dan's Donald Fagen on Late Show with David Letterman on CBS at 11:35 PM. Donald will probably do a song from his new album, "Sunken Condos". To celebrate here is the episode of "Yacht Rock" featuring Steely Dan and their epic feud with The Eagles. BTW, this video is NSFW due to some nasty language. Hey, it was a nasty feud.
