Sylvan Esso is a duo made up indie folk artist Amelia Meath (of Mountain Man) and electronic producer Nick Sanborn. As one might expect, they've created a folk-electronic hybrid that's been compared Chvrches, Wye Oak, Regina Spektor, Feist and St. Vincent. They'll be on Conan tonight (TBS, 11 PM). Sylvan Esso will be out in Charlottesville at the Jefferson Theater on Jan. 17 if you want to check them out live. And here they are on video with their song, "Coffee":
