Ex Hex, who just played Strange Matter with Speedy Ortiz last Thursday, will be on Late Night with Seth Meyers tonight (NBC, 12:35 AM). Ex Hex is the latest project for guitarist/vocalist Mary Timoney (who was in Helium and Wild Flag) with drummer Laura Harris and bassist/vocalist Betsy Wright. You might dig them if you like Cheap Trick, The Ramones, or the New York Dolls. Here they are doing "You Fell Apart" at WNYC earlier this month:
