Been hearing a lot about blues guitarist Gary Clark Jr. from people that have seen and it's all been good. The Washington Post declared he is poised to be a breakout star in 2012. Check him out tonight on Letterman at 11:35 PM on CBS.
Gary will be on NPR today live at noon. Here's the info: "Friday the 16th, Gary Clark Jr will be performing as part of the WXPN Free at Noon concert series. Tune in to the live broadcast at 12pm ET on WXPN Philadelphia at 88.5, your local NPR station that carries World Cafe or listen online at NPR.org!" If you miss it, they usually archive those on NPR.org so you should be able to find it there.
